In our daily food usages .Some basic and most used nutrients are Salt, Sugar, and Drenched Fat. People who have the tendency of obesity should know the quantity of these basic food nutrients in the food which they are going to eat. Fat people should choose those types of foods which have low quantity of salt, sugar, and drenched fat.
SALT AND IT’S BEHAVIOR IN DAILY FOOD.
Salt is basically almost used in every type of food we used in our daily life .It is basically used to enhance the taste of food .A very little amount salt is essential for body .It helps the cells to balancing the fluid level .But it’s excessive use is not good for health .
According to Dr. may be 6g /day is enough for human body. Fat people should keep on eye of the quantity of salt they used .They must used low quantity of salt and take a watch on the food which they buy for their usage.
Sodium is also type of a salt .Be aware of foods with ingredients included sodium.
1 g sodium = 2.5 g of salt.
WHY TO AVOID EXCESSIVE USAGE OF SALT:
Basically following things can happen with the excessive use of salt.
- It can increase blood pressure.
- It can be the cause of heart diseases
- The patients with kidney problem should avoid excessive usage of salt.
SUGAR AND IT’S IMPACT ON HEALTH.
Sugar is 2nd basic ingredient commonly used in our food . For Fat people sugar is not good thing and they should avoid it, if they want to become slim and healthy.
Sugar is type of carbohydrate and it is naturally occur in fruits, vegetables .So by using these fruits a human can cover up it’s required quantity which is essential for human body. No need to take it from unnatural means. In some cane foods sugar is added to enhance up the flavor and taste of food. Fat people should avoid these types of foods.
Fat people should avoid food like Cold drinks, Biscuits, cakes, sweets, chocolates; ice creams .These food can increase the weight.
Identification of added sugar is very tricky part .Some time it has different name instead of sugar .Like some time it added up as Glucose ,Lactose , Brown sugar , Maltose , corn sweetener etc.
GOOD & BAD OF FATTY FOOD.
The food with extra fats is not good for people with tendency of gaining weights. They have to avoid these foods .These foods are divided 3 or more classes.
Saturated Fat Food, Low Fat Foods, Trans Fats and Bad Fat Foods. The most dangerous foods are Trans Fat Foods.
Saturated Fat Foods are like butter and mainly occur with animal produce and dairy things.
WHY TO AVOID FATTY FOODS.
Fats food can cause to increase weights.
It can increase cholesterol level which can be the cause of heart diseases.
