WHICH IS BETTER FOOD FRESH OR NON-FRESH TO BECOME SLIM AND FIT?

Generally we eat two types of foods, fresh and refined food. Refined food or non-fresh are mostly those foods which are processed and refined to eat and enhance taste with food additives,food chemicals and salt.These foods mostly high in sugar, fats, food additives, salts and food chemicals .Refined or non-fresh food is not good for Fat people.So if someone wants to lose weight and want to become slim .

He should eat more fresh food than processed food.Eat fresh vegetables,fruits,Salads etc.Fresh food is healthier and nutrients that are needed for body.Fresh food also good for heart patients.I like to eat carrots,Cucumbers,cabbages etc.
