THE BEST AMAZING HOME MADE SKIN WHITENING MASK


Ingredients:

  • 10 Leaf of Baby spinach. 
  • 1 to 2 Spinach Roots 
  • 5 Table Spoon Yogurts 
  • 1 Table spoon Ispaghula Husk


Directions:

Take 10-leaf of baby spinach, 1 Table spoon Ispaghula Husk, 2 Spinach Roots and cut them in small pieces. Mix all these 3 ingredients in 5 table spoon of yogurts. 

After mixing apply this mixture on face for 10-15 minutes. 

After 15-minutes wash the face with plain water. After that sprinkle rose water on face.



This amazing mask made your skin very soft and glowing.


Note :      Apply twice a week .

Result of above mask is amazing .I try it twice a week and after using it ,i feel that my skin become so soft and giving shining and glowing look.

VEGETARIAN VS NON-VEGGEI FOOD


Vegetarian Food

The food consist on fruits,vegetables,fresh salads,seeds,nuts,beans.seaweeds,grains, pulses and may be eggs and fish is known as vegetarian food and people who love to eat these type of foods known as VEGETARIANS. Vegetarian people never eat meat.

Non-Veggei Food.

The food other than fruits, vegetables, nuts and consist on meat and meat related products known as NON VEGGEI FOOD.Some people love to eat meat as compare to be fully depends upon vegetables.

Healthy & Non-Healthy Way of Eating.

Some people eat fruits, vegetables and nuts etc. They do not eat meat as they are VEGETARIANS but they eat lot of junk foods, cheese and sandwiches .This is not a healthy way to become or known as vegetarians. Healthy way of eating is to use balance diet to survive.
Eating vegetables and fruits is very good for health .Keep it balances with fish and eggs and pulses and lot of fruits.

Vegetarians are less known to become the patient of high blood pressure, heart diseases, diabetics and obesity.

THE SKIN

The largest organ of body is skin .An adult skin area is approximately 19 square feet and its weight is about 2.7Kg.Skin is like a barrier for body .


It protects body from diseases ,injury and loss of water from the moist of internal tissues. It helps to control the body temperature, 3 excrete some wastes, and serve as a major sensory organ ,pain and temperature .

Skin area consists of 3 million cells, 3 feet blood vessels, 12 feet of nerves and 100 sweat glands.

Skin has 3 layers of tissues epidermis, dermis and subcutaneous tissues.

Epidermis:It is outer tissue of skin and it consists of further 3 layers. Malpighian generative layer, a layer of living cells and an outer layer of dead cells. The epidermis lacks blood vessels and has few nerves, but granules of the pigment melanin .

Dermis: The dermis contains numerous tiny blood capillaries, nerve endings, sweat and sebaceous glands, and lymph vessels.

Subcutaneous Tissue : It is mainly consists on blood vessels ,connective tissues and cells that store fat .This tissue helps protect the body from blows and other injuries and helps to retain body heat.
