VEGETARIAN VS NON-VEGGEI FOOD


Vegetarian Food

The food consist on fruits,vegetables,fresh salads,seeds,nuts,beans.seaweeds,grains, pulses and may be eggs and fish is known as vegetarian food and people who love to eat these type of foods known as VEGETARIANS. Vegetarian people never eat meat.

Non-Veggei Food.

The food other than fruits, vegetables, nuts and consist on meat and meat related products known as NON VEGGEI FOOD.Some people love to eat meat as compare to be fully depends upon vegetables.

Healthy & Non-Healthy Way of Eating.

Some people eat fruits, vegetables and nuts etc. They do not eat meat as they are VEGETARIANS but they eat lot of junk foods, cheese and sandwiches .This is not a healthy way to become or known as vegetarians. Healthy way of eating is to use balance diet to survive.
Eating vegetables and fruits is very good for health .Keep it balances with fish and eggs and pulses and lot of fruits.

Vegetarians are less known to become the patient of high blood pressure, heart diseases, diabetics and obesity.
